We will check your servers' logs for any signs of issues, perform software updates remotely out of hours to minimise any business disruption and will double-check that your backups are working correctly. We will check your servers a minimum of once a week and will inform you before we carry out any work. You can call us as many times as you like and we will help you fix your issues as soon as possible.
